The meeting will take place on Friday 10th June at the campus of the University of the Balearic Islands. Talks will begin early (around 9 o'clock) in the morning and the meeting will end with a poster session at around 18h followed by a dinner at around 20h. Therefore, expected arrival time to Mallorca is Thursday 9th and expected departure is Saturday 11th.

Coffee-breaks, lunch and dinner will be offered to all participants by the organizers. Hotel accomodation should be booked and paid for individually by all participants.

The organizers recommend to book the accomodation as soon as possible since availabality of hotels in Mallorca in June may be very limited. To help you with the reservation process, you may use the Reservation Form provided by the Diplomatic Services Travel Agency. This agency has reserved a number of rooms in some of the below mentioned hotels for the participants in the conference.

Any requirements concerning accomodation (extension beyond the conference dates, car rental, excursions, etc) should be addressed to the travel agency and not to the scientific organizers of the conference.
