D2.3. Report on community detection methods
by TKK |
Output type: other |
This report comprises publications related to identification of communities, produced within the EDEN project. Here, the term “communities” loosely means subgraphs or clusters of the network, which have denser and stronger connections than the network has on average. The main goal has been to assess and develop methods which are applicable to full or very dense weighted networks or matrices of genetic distances, such as those resulting from individual-sample-level analysis of microsatellite data. The EDEN-specific goal has been the identification of genetic groups from individual-level data.
