2nd Quantum Thermodynamics Conference hosted by IFISC at UIB
This 2nd Quantum Thermodynamics Conference that will take place in Palma de Mallorca, Spain (19-24/4/2015). This conference follows the First Quantum Thermodynamics Conference in Potsdam/Berlin in January 2014 and is funded by COST action 1209 Quantum Thermodynamics. This 2nd edition is hosted by the Institute of Cross-Disciplinary Physics and Complex Systems IFISC, a joint research Institute of the University of Balearic Islands UIB and the Spanish National Research CouncilCSIC.
The 2nd Quantum Thermodynamics Conference is meant to be a reference for researchers working in thermodynamics in the quantum regime, in connection with quantum information theory and statistical physics. Two keynote, several invited and contributed talks as well as a poster session are scheduled, promoting young scientists. Time for discussions and workgroup meetings is allocated during the week.
